KETTNER-PIPE-FIX is a modular pipe support system that adapts to trench widths and trench occupancy by means of different segments.

Earth-laid media pipes require a stable, flat support until the time of your sanding in the trench in order to ensure the distance of at least 100 mm between the bottom of the pipe and the trench sole required by the DVGW directive.

Up to now, cantilevered woods or sandbags have been used for this purpose. However, woods have to be removed due to rotting in the course of the sanding in order to prevent settlements on the soil and damage to the pipe wrapping.

Due to their undefined height and the yielding filling, sandbags must only be adapted to the required minimum distance of 100 mm with a high amount of time.
