The solution consisting of compact EPDM elastomer ring and flexible segment printing plate technology reduces assembly effort to a minimum.
The Lu-SW house introduction can be installed retrospectively after the media tube installation without any additional effort.
The sealing insert is folded during assembly, simply placed around the media tube, inserted into the core bore or into the feed pipe and clamped – without prior disassembly.
The printing plates are provided with a circumferential wedge edge, which is pressed into the elastomer ring when the screws are tightened; thus, the tightening force is transferred directly to the sealing ring and a lateral dispersing or protruding of the rubber under the contact elements is prevented.

The lu-SW home introduction has been tested and certified by the Material Testing Institute Leipzig up to 3.0 bar of pressure tightness.
